Operations Leadership Development Program
Step into leadership with our immersive Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP). Created for graduate students ready to ignite their careers and lead with purpose, this 36-month program offers hands-on experience, real-world challenges and personal mentorship.
Through rotations at various manufacturing and corporate locations, participants gain exposure to multiple sides of our business—from making beloved grocery and pet foods to driving strategy and execution. Participants will emerge from the program with sharper leadership, relationship building and problem-solving skills—ready to hit the ground running in a full-time role at Post Consumer Brands.
