Joel Engel, Regional Business Manager
Responsible for our Northern and Great Lakes region, Joel manages relationships with about 700 retail stores. With over 30 years in the business, Joel applies his experience and skills to help the team achieve their goals.
“Right now, we’re getting incremental sales at retail to generate profitable goals,” said Joel. “We work hard together as a team, and as a leader I want to support my team in being successful.”

Meet Nikki Tarleton, Associate Brand Manager
Nikki works on the marketing team that manages our PEBBLES™ cereal brand. This role provides Nikki with a variety of job tasks which she enjoys.
“We get to touch on a lot of different areas of marketing, which really keeps me excited about the work we’re doing, especially during a time when we’re seeing a real revitalization in the breakfast cereal category,” said Nikki.
After celebrating the 50th anniversary of PEBBLES cereal in 2021, the brand team looks forward to continuing to find ways to set this beloved brand apart and fuel our customer’s creativity. For example, PEBBLES cereal recently celebrated National Cereal Day with the launch of a new flavor called Magic Fruity PEBBLES cereal and LeBron James-inspired sneakers!
