Last year, Second Harvest Heartland distributed nearly 128 million meals across Minnesota and Western Wisconsin and is on track to deliver even more this year. The talent, expertise and commitment to the community they bring are exactly what we need to make hunger history,” said Allison O’Toole, CEO of Second Harvest Heartland. “As our food shelf partners across the state are seeing record demand, we continue to do everything in our power to meet this moment—but we know it’s going to take a full community effort to end hunger. Our board of directors is integral to our work to bring the community together to cut hunger in half for all Minnesotans.”
