At Post Consumer Brands, our purpose is “To make lives better by making delicious food accessible for all.” These two simple words “for all” also guide our approach to DEI. We are committed to ensuring opportunities are accessible for all, regardless of identity, background, personal experiences and perspectives. We believe in building an authentic and inclusive culture for all, where our people feel welcome to bring their whole selves to work. We strive to make products accessible for all, regardless of financial circumstances, background or preferences.
