Ingredients
- 2 cups baked vanilla cake
- 1 cup Malt-O-MealĀ® Berry Colossal CrunchĀ® cereal crushed, plus extra for decoration
- 1/2 cup vanilla frosting
- 1 cup melting chocolate
- Cake pop sticks
Instructions
- Mix: Add frosting, cake crumble, and crushed MOM Berry Colossal Crunch Cereal and mix until the cake holds together when pressed.
- Form the Cake Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch) and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes.
- Melt the Candy Coating: Melt the candy melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
- Insert the Sticks: Dip one end of a cake pop stick into the melted candy and insert it halfway into a cake ball. Repeat for all pops.
- Dip and Decorate: Dip each cake pop into the melted candy, ensuring itās fully coated. Roll in crushed cereal. Tap off the excess crushed cereal.
