Mixed Berry High-Protein Bites
Power through your busy day with Mixed Berry Protein Bites—the perfect snack for when you're on the go and need a boost!
Ingredients
- ½ cup dry oats
- ⅔ cup Premier Protein® cereal (Mixed Berry Almond or Chocolate Almond flavor), slightly crushed
- ½ cup sliced almonds
- ½ cup peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
- ⅓ cup honey
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit in fridge for half hour.
- Roll into small balls about 1 in
- Store in air tight container in fridge.
- Enjoy!
