Cheese Puff Crunch Chicken Tenders
Simple and delicious. The Barbara's® Cheese Puffs breading keeps your chicken tenders moist, and it adds texture and flavor. Don't be surprised if these chicken tenders make their way into your weekly meal rotation.
Ingredients
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into tenders
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs whisked with 1 tbsp. water
- 1 7-oz. bag Barbara’s® Original Cheese Puffs crushed
- Ranch dressing for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees and line a medium baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Crush Barbara’s Original Cheese Puffs into crumbs, set aside.
- Season chicken tenders generously with salt and pepper, then cover in flour.
- Dip chicken tenders in the egg mixture, and then coat in Barbara’s Original Cheese Puffs crumbs.
- Place chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Serve hot, with ranch dressing for dipping.
