Frosted Mini Spooners® No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies
This recipe for chocolate peanut butter no bake cookies is easy, doesn't require waiting for your oven to preheat, and has a chocolatey flavor that you and your crew will love. Grab Malt-O-Meal® Frosted Mini Spooners® cereal and the baking staples listed below and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 4 ½ cups Malt-O-Meal® Frosted Mini Spooners® cereal
- 1 ¾ cups granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 stick unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
- ¾ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional
- ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ¼ cup peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Crush Frosted Mini Spooners cereal into smaller pieces. Place in a large bowl and set aside.
- In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add sugar, cocoa powder and milk. Stir until combined.
- Add butter and corn syrup to the saucepan. Stir until butter is melted.
- Mix in peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Pour chocolate mixture into the cereal. Stir to combine.
- Using a large spoon, form cookies and place on parchment paper. Top with chocolate and peanut butter chips, gently pressing them into the cookies.
- Chill cookies in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes (longer is better).
- Once cookies are hardened, remove them from the pan and store them in an airtight container until you are ready to enjoy them.
