  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. Crush Frosted Mini Spooners cereal into smaller pieces. Place in a large bowl and set aside.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium-low heat, add sugar, cocoa powder and milk. Stir until combined.
  4. Add butter and corn syrup to the saucepan. Stir until butter is melted.
  5. Mix in peanut butter and vanilla, stirring until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside for 5 minutes.
  6. Pour chocolate mixture into the cereal. Stir to combine.
  7. Using a large spoon, form cookies and place on parchment paper. Top with chocolate and peanut butter chips, gently pressing them into the cookies.
  8. Chill cookies in the refrigerator for at least 45 minutes (longer is better).
  9. Once cookies are hardened, remove them from the pan and store them in an airtight container until you are ready to enjoy them.
