Valentine's Day Pink Puppy Chow
Also known as muddy buddies, puppy chow is the ultimate sweet treat. Now it's the perfect Valentine's Day snack when made with a pink candy melts!
Ingredients
- 1 cup pink candy melts
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 box Mom’s Best® Toasted Cinnamon Squares® Cereal
- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine the candy melts, peanut butter and butter. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Continue to microwave in 15-second increments as needed, stirring after, until the mexture reaches a smooth consistency.
- Stir vanilla into the candy melt and peanut butter mixture.
- In a large bowl, combine Toasted Cinnamon Squares cereal and the candy melt mixture. Mix until the cereal is well coated.
- Pour the cereal into a gallon-sized plastic resealable bag. Add powdered sugar. Seal bag and shake until the cereal is well coated.
- Let pink puppy chow cool, then serve.
