Our employee giving program

The Better Together Employee Foundation is Post Consumer Brands’ employee giving program, founded and driven by Post Consumer Brands employees and retirees, that has changed countless lives. The Foundation has a transformative impact through employee-funded monetary grants that support local communities and individuals through times of hardship.

About the Better Together Foundation

Established in 1996, the Better Together Employee Foundation is a testament to the spirit of compassion and unity shared by Post Consumer Brands employees and retirees. Serving the communities where we live and work, the foundation provides monetary grants to families facing hardships such as medical expenses, a death in the family or loss from a catastrophic event.

Funded by employee contributions, donations and fundraisers, the Better Together Foundation also extends its support to nonprofit organizations like local food shelves, Relay for Life, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and educational activities for children. Not only do employees donate funds through payroll deductions or direct donations, but they also donate time, volunteering at fundraisers and community support projects.

The Better Together Foundation’s impact is immeasurable, touching lives far beyond the financial support it provides. The heartfelt gratitude expressed by grant recipients speaks volumes about the difference this foundation makes. The foundation’s dedication to supporting individuals and families during times of crisis has provided financial relief and fostered hope and encouragement when needed most. One recipient said, “You have given me hope and encouragement at a challenging time. I am so grateful for your support.”

Recipient spotlights

One of the many lives touched by the Better Together Foundation is Noah, a high school student from Jonesboro, Arkansas, who was diagnosed with a stage 4 brain tumor. In 2018, the foundation joined the community, rallying around Noah and offering financial and emotional support during his harrowing journey.

The foundation’s assistance extends to anyone experiencing hardship, be it an employee, family member, friend, neighbor or other community member. By inviting company members to submit grant requests, the Better Together Foundation ensures that those in need receive the help they deserve, all while maintaining the confidentiality of recipients’ names and circumstances.
