Diversity, equity and inclusion

At Post Consumer Brands, diversity, equity and inclusion efforts (DEI) are driven by employees and empowered by the company.

Members represent the collective voices of our employees and meet often to identify areas of the business in which ongoing improvements can be made to strengthen our culture and make the company more diverse, inclusive and equitable.
